Have you ever come across a promising, early stage, privately owned company whose business model and future prospects excited you? Perhaps you made an investment in that company. Or perhaps you thought about doing so, but did not.

If that's you, maybe you should consider joining as a member of the HBS Alumni Angels. Please register as a member below. Our membership is growing and we welcome those with similar interests to join us.

Membership Eligibility
HBS Alumni Angels members consist primarily of accredited investors who have the risk tolerance and desire to make seed to early stage investments. While many of our members are alumni of Harvard Business School, our membership base is open to all Harvard alumni and also to select accredited investors without a Harvard affiliation. In particular, we welcome investors who can share their industry/operational and investment expertise with our group and are actively seeking early stage angel investment opportunities. At this time and due to a large amount of interest from the alumni community, we may not be able to provide membership to all non-alumni applicants. Non-alumni roughly represent about ten percent of our total membership.

One important requirement: to attend our meetings and participate, you must be an Accredited Investor. For further details on who is an Accredited Investor, please see: http://www.sec.gov/answers/accred.htm.
