Webinar Preview:
2012 has already been a controversial year in seed-stage investing and, as a result, the angel community finds itself navigating through multiple disruptive trends:

  • Competing for talented entrepreneurs with crowd funding platforms and an ever increasing number of start-up accelerators and incubators.
  • Large VC funds launch seed investing vehicles and introduce "scouts"
  • As a result, seed stage valuations are rising, seed/angel rounds are increasing and terms are getting more challenging (e.g. uncapped notes).

This discussion brings together 3 noted seed stage investors as they share their strategies for navigating this frothy market.
